On Sunday 20th February, The Singleton hosted influencers and foodies in Lagos at an unmissable evening replete with flavour and fun. Best believe that there is no turning down when The Singleton calls you up.
From the gorgeous teal doors ushering guest to breath-taking views of the Lagos coastline to expertly curated meal pairings guaranteed to excite the palate of even the harshest food critics, The Singleton Social was a flavour wonderland. Yaji, caramel and sea-salt mingled with smell of freshwater to create a gorgeous symphony of scents as waiters waltzed about, serving a selection of sweet and savoury dishes accompanied by the most exotic cocktails as guested ate, laughed and clinked glasses.
And did it taste as good as it looked? Let’s just say it’s always a good time when The Singleton meets two of Nigeria’s top culinary maestros in Chef Soliat and Fregz in fine company of Ycee, Uriel and Nonso Bassey. But don’t just take our word for it, the proof of the pudding is in the tasting.
