For three weekends in August, Chef SiA is bringing her unique fusions with Nigerian cuisine to Lagos. All 5 course menus that switch up each weekend so each experience is unique. She’s also very big on using local produce so “Buy Nigerian” as well.
The first one is up this weekend and here is what menu looks like.
