EatDrinkLagos: A healthy eating hack everyone should know?

Ronke: It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Focus on eating healthy 80% of the time and enjoy the other 20%. Wahala no dey finish. 

EatDrinkLagos: The three best ingredients for a yummy salad?

Ronke: Has to be: Yoghurt, black pepper and eggs. Don’t knock it till you try it!

EatDrinkLagos: The last meal you had delivered?

Ronke: Pizza ☺ 

EatDrinkLagos: Something you can cook in your sleep?

Ronke: A good stew — any day, any time 👊🏽

EatDrinkLagos: Spinach or kale?

Ronke: SPINACH!!! Next!

EatDrinkLagos: Moin moin or akara?

Ronke: Hmmm, I’ll say moin moin. 

EatDrinkLagos: Eating with others or eating alone?

Ronke: Eating alone is an underrated flex. Y’all should try it more.

EatDrinkLagos: Quick trivia question — what is the only food that can never go off or go bad? (No googling!)

Ronke: Palm oil? Aadun? Honey? Are those even food?! 😩 (Ronke would have been correct — the answer is honey!)

EatDrinkLagos: Another one — what is gelatin made from? (No googling!)

Ronke: Skin and bones! (Ronke was correct — the answer is the skin and bones of animals!)

EatDrinkLagos: The most underrated kitchen appliance?

Ronke: A powerful blender! Splurge on a really good blender, it will change your life.
